Kumarakom is a beautiful paradise nestled on the banks of Vembanad Lake, the largest lake in Kerala, India. Known for its backwater tourism, Kumarakom is a cluster of islands fringed by emerald green paddy fields, coconut groves, and enchanting waterways.

ITINERARY

Day-01.

Cochin-Munnar

Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Munnar .Munnar ,the green Paradise of Kerala with unending expands of Tea plantations, spice plantations and a variety of flora and fauna. On the way you can visit Cheeyapara and Vallara water falls.Check in your hill resort at night and Overnight stay in Hotel

Day-02

Munnar Sight Seeings

Today after breakfast, go for sightseeing at Mattupetty Dam; a beautiful spot for viewing the picturesque Munnar, Kundala Lake- a natural lake with recreational facilities like boating and having excellent view of Western Ghats as well as the forest surrounded with. Also visit Eco point and tea plantations. After noon you can visit Eravikulam National park; where the endangering Nilgiri Tahr is conserved. Later drive back to your resort for Overnight stay.

Day-03

Munnar-Thekkady

Today after breakfast check out your hotel and drive towards Thekkady, the Wildlife destination of Kerala. Its also known as the spice bag of the state. You can enjoy a beautiful journey through the hills and valleys of Western Ghat to reach this jungle destination. Check in your hotel and later go for an optional Kathakali show, Spice plantation visit, elephant ride, or an Ayurvedic massage treatment there. Also go for an optional boat ride in Periyar Lake which flows through the Periyar tiger reserve. You will have chance to watch the wild animals like elephant, Bison, Sambar, Deer etc are roaming the both shore. Over night stay.

Day-04

Thekkady-Kumarakom Houseboat

After breakfast check out the hotel and drive towards the House boat destination, Check into the house boat by 12 pm and enjoy the day at relaxing on it. Overnight stay at House boat. All meals will be provided in Houseboat.

Day-05

Kumarakom Houseboat-Cochin(drop)

Today after breakfast check out from houseboat at 9.00 am and proceed to Cochin.By noon you will reach cochin and you can go for shopping as per the time availability.Evening we will drop you at Cochin Airport .Service ends.

 

Any meals other than those mentioned.

Any Airfare / Train fare.

Entrance fees to Amusement parks & Boating charges and any other optional activities mentioned in the itinerary.

Any portage at airports and hotels, tips, insurance, wine, mineral water, telephone charges, and all items of personal nature.

Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.

Unless Specified Non Ac Rooms will be provided for Hill areas.

Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.

       Daily buffet / fixed menu meals as per package plan.

       A/C vehicle for all surface transfers & sightseeing for the  above-mentioned places.

       Unless mentioned basic category rooms are considered in  All Hotel.

       Toll, parking and driver allowances.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Guests should produce Photo and ID Card at the time of check-in. (PAN Card not valid).All foreign nations are required to produce their passport with a valid visa.

  • In case of non–availability of rooms at the hotels mentioned, we shall provide you alternate hotels of similar category.

  • Check-in/Check–out time at the hotel is 02.00 pm/12.00 pm hrs. (Vary as per hotel policies)

  • Unless Specified Hotels in Hill stations will be  Non AC.

  • Check-in time is 12.00 hrs. & Check-out time is 09.00 hrs at the Houseboat.

  • Houseboat will be stationed at one place from 5:30 pm to 8:00 am due to Govt. restrictions.

  • Houseboat AC will be operated from 9 00 pm to the next day at 6.00 Am (Deluxe Boat) and for Premium Boat it works as per the guest requirements in bedrooms.
